Booking policy and Cancellations
A non refundable deposit of the first nights stay is required for all reservations to be confirmed bookings . If you book online your reservation is not confirmed until we have contacted you with a invoice and ways to pay the deposit pay ment. If the dep osit is not paid then we will contact you on the contact details you provide but reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we are unable to contact you.
Cancellations : Please note that all deposits are non refundable but if you do have to cancel please give as much notice as possib le. This policy applies to all bookings including group bookings. When re - booking the tariff applicable is at the time of the revised stay. Bookings may not be cancelled and rebooked for the same dates if a special offer or a last minut e che aper rate becomes available. Our prices may go up as well as down. The price agreed when booking will be the price when staying. If cancelled within 72 hours of your stay then you will forfeit your deposit and you may be subject to a further charge of the full amount of your stay unless we manage to relet the room. Then your deposit may be used towards a future stay. Holiday insurance is recommended. Amendments : We try to be as flexible as we can but if a booking is amended to fewer nights than the origina l booking was made for we reserve the right to charge in full for the cancelled nights. This also applies if you decide to check out early once staying with us. We recommend you take out insurance against cance llations . All prices are bas ed on 2 people sh aring a dou ble room. We do not allow more than 2 peopl e in a double room. Family Lodges are priced as described. Children are only allowed to share a double room with 2 adults by prior arrangement. Please contact us by telephone if you would like to enquir e about a child sharing a double room with 2 adults. Smoking : Please note that for the benefi t of all of our guests Sunnyside Lodges is non sm oking. If you smoke in a Lodge during yo ur stay then £100.00 charge may be made also any breakages or misuse of the Lodge and it’s fittings and urniture may be charged or invoiced separate ly to the guest direct or there company .
